Horrible Customer Service. Look elsewhere
Purchased flooring and installation from this company. They installed flooring in one bathroom. When we were ready for the second bathroom they had lost the flooring. On the advice of their salesman we left the flirting with them to make installation easier for the installers. No discussion of a time frame for the second bathroom occurred. As we were doing the work ourselves installation for the second bathroom was not needed for over a year. Owner was extremely rude, called this customer names, refused to provide substitute flooring. Filed with the BBB and was offered a small compensation by the company on Feb 16. Now April 27, compensation not received and company has stopped responding to BBB. No integrity. There are businesses in Regina that want your business. This is not one of them.
