Basically was told over the phone I wuld have to wait a week for service. The next day, the situation got worse but it could have totally been avoided if I had spoke with a plumber instead of the dispatcher. $2000 in deductible later and a trashed basement, I would rather deal with a company that is willing to talk about my situastion over the phone so it doesn't get worse (which was the experience I had with the second company I called). In short, use a small company for a seemingly small problem. I think Butler are too big for the little guys.

Chris, sorry about your experience. This is a very busy time of year for us and are booked pretty solid. We are trying our best to accommodate both existing and new customers. That being said we do have we do have and emergency service which hopefully was explained to you. We also have a general mailbox for questions which we usually answer within 24hrs. Sorry this one didn't work out.
