Rod came out today to clear a plugged up drain in my condo. He called before arriving, came earlier than expected, was personable and easy to work with.

I let him know what I had tried and he quickly took a look to ensure none of the pipes under the sink were blocked and that it was farther down the line. He put down a sheet to keep the area cleaned, took about 45 minutes and the sink works perfectly.

While nobody enjoys having to call the plumber, at least Butler makes it painless and the guys who show up are pleasant.
