We needed to replace our hot water tank and I figured that while I had a plumber here, it would make sense to run a gas line for a BBQ to our deck and also replace our no freeze faucet on the side of the house since it was not very good any more. Butler said that they needed to do a quote for the gas line but they could also incorporate the rest of the job in the quote as well. Kevin came out to do the quote and was very professional. I knew right away that I could trust them to do good work. Another good thing about the quote was that Kevin noticed the vent for the hot water tank was only 3" and needed to be 4". Without the estimate, that detail would have been overlooked and we would have had a problem on the day of the work. As much as I did not want to have to change it, I'm very glad that the issue was caught and that things are proper now. Bryce, Rod & Kale did an excellent job and I am very happy at how efficient and professional they were. I would not hesitate to recommend Butler Plumbing to anyone I know and I will definitely use them again in the future.
