I had a recent experience of dealing with Donna from Dannburg. This woman is rude and condescending. I will never return here or recommend to a friend. There are A LOT of other flooring stores in Calgary, I can't imagine why anyone would go here. NEVER Again !

Donna has been a long time employee of Dannburg and is quite used to dealing with the "new-home" builders in Calgary, because Donna always has our customers best interest at heart, it is sometimes it is difficult to get her point across and get the end user a quality installation. But we are glad to know we have on-site quality control out there to ensure our valued customers receive the quality they deserve!
