extremely poor quality on a 7000.0 walk way andd riveway
Please do not use this company! I had my driveway and walkway replaced last summer and less then 8 months later after spending 7000.00 making several unanswered emails, sending photos and making call they told me sorry about your luck its my fault. My walk way is scaling and it looks like its 10 years old . My curbs are concrete as is my walk way but the curbs are still perfect . They didn't even have the decency to return my calls and tell me I had to call them from a number they would recognize . PLESE DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY RIP YOU OFF TOO!!!!! if I could give less then one star I would

We can understand the frustration however we would like to point out that at the time of completion we advised you to not put salt on the walkway as the salt would eat away at it, as shown in your pictures. The reasons why your curbs are fine is because you did not put the same quantity of salt on it. I understand that we want to ensure that no one will slip on the area that we most walk on but as advised damage would occur to your concrete. You spalded the surface. The owner came by the home to view the issue and indicated that spalding occured in one area and the reast of your stairs, walkway, curbs look great. In addition, if you read your contract under Warranty & Terms of Contract it states that "damages caused by the client's negligence including gasoline and oil spills, denting from chair etc (salt) is not covered". If there was something that could be done we would.
