A/C was good, installation was good, system worked well. Then we moved and transferred the contract to the new owners (that took way longer than it should have). They are paid up by the new owners and have yet to reimburse me for the overpayment I made. BTW, the move was September 2021....it is now almost March 2022. They have acknowledged owing and are now ignoring my inquiries (I've sent 2-3 emails asking when they are sending my refund)
