Dan is that good help that is hard to find. We had him take care of a larger room in our basement. Repaired some wrinkles, shampooed and tidied everything up. He was in and out in a couple of hours or less. We will without question continue to use Dan and recommend him to our friends. (Homestars says we are in Toronto, we are not. We're in the Edmonton area)
