I struggled to find a competent technician, and I worried about finding someone who really cared about customer service. I can now honestly say that using Dan's Carpet was an excellent choice. He was punctual, provided relevant information re the cost of cleaning, and the care of, my rugs; he was honest, efficient, definitely knowledgeable, meticulous, and a gentleman too. I will pass on his name and number to my friends, and I will definitely add Dan's Carpet to my list of competent, skilled, professional service providers.
