Ali was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what we were buying. The installation team of Ken, Pat, and Kegan were efficient and respectful of my property, the entire process was a breeze. They made sure to place drop cloths as soon as they arrived, ensured that we understood how to operate the new windows and patio door and cleaned up everything before they left. The quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation were top-notch, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home.
