Thanks to Darrel and Graham for the after sales support. Tub is running great and family is enjoying it very much! They have helped guide me every step of the way.

Spa school was very useful.

Still waiting for a hot tub.....

Swimming Pools, Spas & Hot Tubs review in St. Albert

Two part review, since I am still waiting for my hot tub to be delivered. I placed my order Sept 4, 2016 and was quoted 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. The end of this week will be 16 weeks and I still do not have a delivery date. Although most of the staff are friendly, this business plan will lead to trouble for Sunray. I wish that I had bought somewhere else. I hope the post delivery service is better, fingers crossed.
