Carpets were clean but they were late!
I hired this company to clean the carpets of our rental property and they were very clean, they ensured that all the spots were treated and did a very good job. My problem was that they told me I had to be there between 2-5 and they didn't show up until 5:30 and they never even called!

Hi Nicole, I'm happy to hear that the cleaning went well, but disappointed to hear about the lack of communication about the appointment arrival time. We do our best to provide accurate arrival times, but occasionally are not able to meet these times. That being said, changes should be communicated. I will be sure to pass this concern on to our customer service manager so that he can review our procedure with our dispatch staff.
