Do NOT use this company! Our group of neighbours used them to install fences under three years ago and the fences are already falling apart. One neighbour had an entire section of fence become detached. The top fence boards are warping and are pulling away from the fence posts. The company has been unresponsive to calls and emails (not just from me but from other neighbours too) requesting they come and repair various issues (fence, gate). One neighbour was told they'd come by to see what needs to be done and nobody showed up months later.
These guys do not apparently install quality,lasting fences and they apparently don't stand by their work and provide follow up within the warranty period. The fence will look good after installation but it won't last. Terry was good to deal with when the project was underway but now he is MIA. Beware!

Your fence has past its 2yr warranty period, but despite that I would've come by on the principle of pride of workmanship BUT after recieving very aggressive threatening voice messages and emails from you and 1 other neighbour in this 12 house project I believe it was, I did not feel like I should subject myself or get myself involved in this hostile environment......You want something for nothing and your ruthless tactics to hurt my business with this 1 rating and content of this review prove once again I encountered a few bad apples sort of speak.
I will say in my defence regarding your fence that we installed, that it did hold together for almost 3years without incident or call from you, we must of done something right. I feel something changed in the land itself to pull it apart ( perhaps a flood) as you do have drainage in the middle of all the properties, perhaps it over flowed, completely saturating the land resulting in shifting the posts, like you describe, the post aren't heaving but pulling apart, also most definatly it would've shown problems sooner going through almost 3 full years of rain,freezing temperatures and hot sun, had we installed incorrectly as you claim. Regarding warping of wood I have no control over how wood will react it was perfect when we left. Pressure treated wood does expand and contract according to temperature. I will conclude by saying, I love what I do building Quality fences and decks also the long lasting relationships I have made with customers which include a few celebrities referred by happy customers which I've had the privledge to work for.
