terry (Canada Fence) and his crew did a very bad job -mistakes all over and not corrected. terry is not responding. I am very unhappy about this.
His reputation is now questionable.I have taken more then 30 pictures of his screw-ups but I can only show you 5 - because thats all I am allowed on this site - if you want to see them all you may contact Home Star for my E-mail.Part 2- Every picture depicts the true wokmanship of Canada Fence. one end of my fence were Canada Fence installed a 2x6 instead of a 6x6. The other end of my fence attached to an existing neighbors fence witch is a 4x4.If you ever saw shoddy work - this one tops the cake. Pictures always tells it like it is.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Use professionals to do the work.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Dont make the same mistake I made by paying them in full until you are completely satisfied.

Unfortunately its glaring to me that we can't make you happy Terry, we did try very hard and I felt when you fully paid your contract, also your wife made us the delicious brewed coffee and you bought my team Pizza at the end of the job, was an indicator we did good by you.
I was there when you supervised the construction of your fence which I was totally fine with and perferred in this case, as we strive to make our customers happy.
My notes also show me that we sent one of our most experienced guys to work with you at your request to addresse the slightest concern of yours which he did addresse and yet we still can't score over a 0 in your opinion.
Also I should mention that I personally came to your property the other day, I took some pictures and I really don't see where we can improve on this simple and uncomplicated fence style as you have no gates by us.
When we just recently spoke on the phone after reading this review you were very emotional with me and I'm not clear what it is your looking for.
All I can do at this point is wish you well and thank you for your business Sir.

Ok, for all those reading this post "know this" 4 out 5 pictures on this review are false as we only installed 6 by 6 posts everywhere and 2 of the four pictures have 4 by 4 posts which are not mine, we left no shoddiness.
