Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in East York

My contractor used Brown Windows for our residential construction project in Toronto. My builder paid in full for all our windows, including screens and cranks, and the company is in the process of delivering the screens to the house. We are satisfied with the quality of the windows themselves, and we look forward to finalizing the installation of the screens with the company shortly.

My contractor used Brown Windows for our residential construction project in Toronto. My builder paid in full for all our windows, including screens and cranks, but when there was a disagreement b/w him and Brown Windows (completely unrelated to our project), they refused to release the screens and cranks for the windows in my home. I've tried repeatedly to contact them about the situation (including attaching the invoices marked "paid in full"), both by email and by phone, and the company is completely ignoring me. I told them that we have 2 small children, and windows without screens is a very dangerous situation, but still no response. I would never recommend this vendor to anyone for their window requirements...please please please don't trust this company.
