We had Jim out to look at our furnace and what an amazing professional. He was upfront and honest, diligent, industrious and more importantly was passionate about his work with furnaces. He was overall very cordial and took in all in strides when fielding technical questions. We would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a good furnace guy.
