WOW!!!! Who knew that replacing windows would be such a positive experience? From the moment I connected with Arcana, I knew that there was something unique about this company. They do not give lip service to customer service; no, they go all out and provide it! From my chats with Dmitry, our appointment with Jay, and our scheduling with Alannah, everything was handled in a timely, professional, impressive manner. The icing on the cake, though, was the installation of the windows themselves. The husband & wife team of Andre and Christine were amazing!! I cannot say enough about the awesome job they did. When one purchases a window, the quality of the window is one factor but just as important is the installation. A poor installation undermines everything. That is not the case here. Arcana provided quality windows and superb quality installation. I cannot be happier. I am proud to recommend this company. Thank you, Arcana!
