Sunnyside Window Cleaning

Had Sunnyside cleaned our eavestroughs and subsequently installed leave guards last year. A few months ago received a call from them asking if we'd like our eavestroughs cleaned again. I declined since we now have leave guards but mentioned that one of the corners of the leave guards seems to be sticking out. She said she'd make a note to let the team know. Not really expecting anything out of that casual mentioning of the issue, I returned home one day to find a note in my mailbox saying they've fixed the issue! And that's not it. A week ago I sent them an email asking if they could come to inspect the leave guards because we could hear something trapped in the eavestroughs, walking around the house and after a heavy rain fall there were dead birds flushed down through the downspouts. They came to take a look two days later and confirmed that the installation looks intact. Although we still don't know how the birds went into the eavestroughs, we very much appreciate Sunnyside taking ownership of their work and providing such timely after-service.
