I would not and will not ever recommend this company to anyone!
They were extremely unreliable. Took 3 weeks after the siding was dropped off on our grass for a crew to come after we were promised several times and crews no showed. They damaged downspouts and we had to fight to get them to replace them. The crew smoked on our property and even inside our garage when graciously offered to allow them to cut siding out of the rain. Took them 2 weeks to remove left-over materials.
The install seems to have been done properly.
Definitely not impressed.

This certainly is not a normal practice or course of action for Great Canadian. Our systems should have flagged the delay in the crew starting and contact made to the customer. We do not allow our crews to smoke on our job sites and I'm very sorry to hear that they did on this particular job. Our post inspection on the job did show the workmanship was very good. The crew will be reprimanded and our internal team will review process to ensure all of our customers have an exemplary experience. I have left a message to discuss these concerns with you Keith.
