My Mom and I had a roofing issue recently. John of Top Hat Home Comfort Services was very helpful indeed. John came over to inspect the roof the very next day after I called him. He provided a comprehensive report with pictures, options for repair and/or replacement and a reasonably priced estimate. I was relieved. John was not pushy and came back twice to reassess after yet another wind storm. He was friendly, efficient and professional.
John sent me an informative article on roofing and didn't make me feel guilty or embarrassed about my indecision.
I would recommend John to my friends and family, for any and all roof work, without hesitation.
