Ideal Insulation & Roofing

Carlos was extremely good at explaining what we needed to do, how his company, Ideal, would facilitate the job and upfront about the cost involved. All was done according to plan and Carlos was efficient in emailing me and prompt into my inquiries. The crew that did the work, were on time, polite and left no mess. Highly recommend this company as felt they were honest and did what they said they would. Carlos came from a referral from a neighbour and am pleased we choose his company. I have already referred him to another neighbour in our area.

After suffering extensive hail damage from the 2021 storm and dealing with several frustrating insurance contractors, I found Ideal roofing an absolute pleasure to work with. Kevin even assessed the quotes I received from my insurance company and he was able to get me more money from them by pointing out all of the things they missed on the estimate. The finished product is better than when the house was built, the crew didn’t leave a mess behind and they somehow even completed a lot of the work in -30 temperatures. Brand new roof and siding done flawlessly, Ideal.

Carlos came out and did the quote providing pictures of my attic and explained what would be done. The crew Mateo and Chris were on time and completed the job in approximately 1 1/2 hours. The area was approximately 1100 sqft. The venting for the bath vents was replaced before the insulation was added. The Gooseneck vents were replaced a couple days later by the roofer, Scott. All were professional and great to deal with. The inside of ny house was cleaned up after the insulation portion. No issues at all.

I had an insurance claim and wanted a professional opinion about the damage that was done. I initially talked to them and I was connected to someone right away and he had someone out within a week to check the damages. He gave me all the options and walked me through the whole process. Once decided on the colour and product the roofing guys showed up 2 weeks earlier than expected and within a day and a half were all done replacing the roof. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves very well even getting the garbage out of the trees. Then to follow up I had another guy out to inspect the repair and new roof. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. I totally recommend Ideal Insulation and Roofing.

I recently purchased my property and was looking to upgrade my attic insulation. I contacted a few different places, but Ideal Insulation was priced right, and the most professional out of the all companies I dealt with. Initially dealt with Mike to set up my quote appointment, and he was super communicative, and asked all the right questions in what work I was wanting done. Greg came out and did my quote, and he was super knowledgable and fantastic to work with. Greg didn't try to push any additional services on me, and answered honestly when it came to all the questions and additional service inquiries I had. Ended up having Ideal complete my attic insulation upgrade to R60 (from R22), and had two bathroom vent hoses upgraded. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they left the home spotless when they were done. On top of all this they were able to save me some money by telling me about the Federal Greener Home Grant which included rebates for Insulation upgrades. Will be using Ideal again in the future for any additional insulation work, and will be reaching out when the time comes to redo my roof.

Requested a quote for placement of additional insulation in attic space. Ideal sent over two people to review the job requirements, discussed how the work was to be carried out and what I had to do to prepare for the work.

I received the quote and corporate references for review. Following my approval of the price, the date for the execution was scheduled.

Workers arrived on time prepared the site and carried out the work carefully and quickly. I was very pleased, no damage to the ceilings and very little mess, which was then the work site was cleaned up.

Very professional job, I would recommend this company to anybody.

We are upgrading our home to make it more energy efficient and one improvement we noticed almost immediately was replacing the old wood chip and fibreglass Batten attic insulation with An R60 blown in product. Excellent quality material and workmanship was refreshing to find.

Carlos and his team came to install new attic insulation and a bathroom vent through our roofing.

Dave and Rick did a great job. Both friendly, professional, and took great care of our home by adding drop sheets to protect the work area.
