Ideal Insulation & Roofing

As a result of some venting issues in my roof, Ideal Insulation was up on my roof and discovered that I had holes in my valleys and missing shingles and indicated that I needed a new roof. Because of the holes, I was very concerned about the potential for leaks coming into my attic. After a temporary fix to prevent leaks they set me up with the appropriate people to get the problem permanently taken care of. Riley, the sales associate was easy to deal with; came to me on my time schedule and answered all my questions at the time and afterwards. As soon as the snow was off the roof, the crew was at my house and working. They were easy to deal with and answered any further questions. One of the best parts for me was the care and consideration they gave to me, as every day after their work was done, they went around the house and picked up nails and garbage that had been scattered around throughout the day. It was as if they were never there. And before I knew it, they were done. After the job, they cleaned up after themselves and were gone. Other than the new roof, you wouldn't have been able to tell that they were even there. Every step of the way was painless and the stress of having a hole in my roof was put at ease by the kind, concerned workers at Ideal Insulation. Would I recommend them - you bet, in a heartbeat!
