I used Latitude this summer to install a granite counter in my kitchen. The service was excellent. My counter was installed within a week of picking the slab. The installation went well and the install staff were professional and cleaned up after installation.
The only reason I gave an 8 is that they put one seam in the counter in the exact place I asked them not too, (directly under my window where it was more visible). The service person realized the mistake just after it was cut and they offered a reduced price or a replacement counter so I am happy they tried to keep me satisfied. Overall, I would use them again.
