Signed a 5 year contract with AAA after their salesguy told us what a wonderful and responsible company they were.Less than 12 months later the system failed and they would not send a tech to repair. A couple of months later the panel caught fire (still no tech) and they wouldn't send anyone as the techs didn't work on weekends. I had to disassemble myself and AAA is totally unreasonable, they just keep telling me I have to pay until the 5 years is up.
Do not recommend this company to your friends and loved ones, you wouldn't want their disaster on your shoulders.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Respond and listen to the customer, not dictate their terms over and over.
