Love to charge you service charges/but don't know how to fix the problem!

problem with UV charged service charge to look at it said Iron removal is the problem changed that still same problem now they want another service charge to fix the same problem. I called the manufacture of UV and fixed it myself. These people don't know nothing beware! Sad part been a long time customer!
