City Gas has been maintaining my furnace and air conditioner for several years now. They call me annually to book a cleaning and maintenance appointment, and I have had to call them twice over the years, for a furnace problem and a hot-water heater breakdown. Both times they sent out repairmen promptly. Their staff are always polite and efficient and neat. When the time comes to replace my furnace, I will call City Gas to install it.
