Horrible service and extremely high price for a so called boiler technician to diagnose a boiler that wasnt working.
He arrived with only a small screwdriver to repair my boiler.
I asked him to get his tools he said no, he didnt need them.
Subsequently he had to make many trips out to his van to get his tools and spend the majority of the time on the phone with his boss, guide him through the procedure.
The technician had no idea how to fix a boiler and should never had been sent out to fix one .
Very unprofessional and extremely expensive.
Save your money and get some other company.
