We have purchased all our new appliances from Ben's for the past 15 years. I shop around but the prices are always the best. I appreciate the personal service and know that they will take care of everything. Whenever I have a problem with an appliance, I just call and they have all my appliances on file and can tell me exactly what I need. They do their own service and the service men are always very helpful and courteous. Recently we moved to a new home and I purchased the same set of Bravo Maytag washer/dryer as I had before as well as a Kitchen aid dishwasher. I always get the extended warranty because I like the peace of mind and know I can call them to take care of any problems.
