Bayview Home Appliance Centre Ltd

My cookware had a defect - under 2 year warranty. Fisher & Paykel CSR gave me this company "Bayview Home ... " to request the service.
Monday (Nov 27, 2017) - I called them and they requested a copy of the purchase bill. I scanned and sent to them. They told someone would contact me within 24h and arrange an appointment.
Nobody did. I called on Thursday again. They told me that my 1-year warranty has expired. I told them that it is a 2-year warranty. They told me that I should call Fiher & Paykel and ask them to call Bayview Home to confirm this (like they could not do this themselves).
I have asked Fisher & Paykel to give me another service company to deal with.
