I contacted Hatton's Hardwood Floors Inc. as I was shopping around for replacing the carpet with a hardwood floor in our family and living rooms. Based on the info I provided, I asked for a rough estimate and availability which they were provided to me right away by Cal. Later on, I contacted Cal to let him know that I want to go ahead. Cal came in person, checked the rooms and left an in-writing quotation including an explanation of what is involved in doing the work. Once I accepted the quotation, Cal promised to get back to me with the exact date which he did in a timely manner. The date was accommodating and took into consideration our situation knowing the hassle of moving the furniture and also not having the 2 rooms available for us at the same time during the work. Cal and his team did a great job in replacing our floor with quality, cleanness, efficiently and on time. Cal did a final inspection of the work before he considered the job done. I’ll not hesitate to contact Cal for our next hardwood project or recommend him to a friend.
