When looking to sell our Bedrock Home in Liberty Landing that we purchased 5 years ago, I inquired about a Real Property Report at the showhome in our neighborhoud. Sherri was quite rude, telling me that because our purchase was "so long ago," she had no access to our file. She said she would look into it the next day. When I followed up by phone the next day, she was extremely rude to me, telling me there was nothing she could do. When I asked for contact information for someone else at Bedrock, she refused. Apparently this type of service is top down, because when I called corporate to inquire, I was treated similarily. I would 100% not recommend Bedrock homes to anyone. Their customer service is horrible.
