Don and Mike arrived on time. They were thorough and courteous. First they confirmed what work was to be done, and the estimated costs. They worked quickly and carefully. They did the work exactly as we agreed and did an excellent job of ensuring that the entire system was working well when they were finished and cleaned up the job site. I am very impressed with Service Experts (Francis) andf as a result I have shifted more and more business to Francis as they provide a 2 hour window for their arrival and they always arrive when planned. Their staff are professional, they communicate clearly and completely about the work. No surprises !
