Air conditioner annual maintenace
This service visit on May 17, 2016 was covered under an annual furnace/air conditioner maintenance contract. My only complaint is that this appointment was rescheduled by the company from the original appointment date of May 10; it was into the 2nd hour of the arranged time block when I was advised that the technician was delayed at another site and or could not be contacted, and the service visit would have to be completed on another day.
On May 17, the technician, M.T., arrived within the pre-arranged time block, identified himself and was courteous. There was also the usual phone call just prior to the technician's arrival. When the work was completed, the technician informed me that everything was fine, no problems/issues observed; he also mentioned that since it was relatively cool outside that day, he had turned the system back to heat mode as the interior of the house was getting a bit chilly. This was much appreciated.
