We hired them on the recommendation of a friend. The move went quite well overall and they did work hard. The only reason I cannot wholeheartedly recommend them is as follows:
- they did not inspect the unit to be moved beforehand
- the blankets they used were not freshly washed and not everything was wrapped properly
- they should have used white gloves for the living-room furniture, which consisted of a light cream coloured couch and chairs. We ended up having to have them specially cleaned afterwards, and not all stains were removable.
- late start which caused a need to rush at the other end
I would consider hiring them again. but would cover the above points in a contract with prescribed penalties.
