We’ve had a few bats on our house over the years, and last week I woke up suddenly to my wife freaking out over one in our bedroom. It was the last straw - time to bring in a professional.
Wife found a name by random searching on Google. Guy came and he was awful. I didn’t feel comfortable with him at all. I jumped on HomeStars and Bats Canada had great reviews. Kenny responded immediately to our inquiry and clearly knew what he was doing. We arranged a time for him to come out 2 days later.
He showed up on time, gave us a reasonable quote, and went to work. He is a total pro. Made us feel totally comfortable, gave us excellent info, and guaranteed us we wouldn’t have the problem again.
