BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....they not only supplied windows that were blatantly manufactured OUTSIDE SCOPES OF CSA STANDARDS (they were too small for rough openings as only measured by their salesman BUT ULTIMATELY MANUFACTURED THE CASEMENT WINDOWS TOO BIG SO THEY SAGGED WHEN OPEN AS TOO HEAVY & WOULDNT CLOSE....they destroyed a foot of aluminum siding around every window, exposing exterior wood of house and ripped off all siding on an entire wall of entry.....they gouged master bedroom hardwood floor moving headboard from window with a nail from demolition caught under leg....hardwood gouged so deep a Qtip fit inside gouges with Qtip still being flush with flooring.....they fid over $110,000 in damage to our home...I have photos & an independent engineers report to prove how bad they wrecked our home.....water damage/mold included from poor install to boot-BEWARE
