Gravenhurst Heating installed a Geothermal unit that never worked properly. When we called them to fix the unit, they refused to honour their warrantee or return our calls. Ultimately we required another company to fix the problems and install a second propane to back up the geothermal unit as Gravenhurst Heating had put in a unit that was too small for our home.
Based on this experience I must rate them as poorly as I have and would never recommend them as a contractor.
