GEORGE SAVED MY OLD SONY XBR THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN TRASHED
I would like to thank George of Home TV Service for saving my 13 year old 65 inch Sony XBR Bravia TV from trashing it out.
Its a great unit that was purchased from the Sony Store.
I called the shop's number and George did get back to me within the same day. I am so glad I did not just call anyone.
George arrived on the day we scheduled. No excuses!
I live in the DVP and Eglinton area and George arrived on time and connected his device and did his thing and repaired it.
We were ready to buy a new one, and George saved us from a new set. Also the picture was recalibirised by George and it had a better picture then we had purchased it when new.
Miracle worker, that is George!
In all my experiences with today's service , you just don't find this level of professional service anymore. It's very rare these days, for me anyways it was.
Good old fashion service like the good old days, in the comfort of my home. What could be better? Can't ask for better service then this.
