George is an honest guy who in discussion engineer to engineer cares about people and understands the complexities tech presents today. He changed my mind from repair to replace with a 4 year old TV. I also will say this man cares and understands how important TV is to many of our elderly people. I like that fact that he and I discussed this topic agreeing how important supporting this consumer base properly is.
