Dear Readers, I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DOOR - BUT ELBA DOORS HAVE TAKEN AN INITIATIVE TO FIX THE IT. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE STAIN HAD STARTED TO PEEL OFF. ALL FIXED AND UP AND BEING COMPLETED AS WE SPEAK. I HAVE TO COMMEND LEONARD.....A BIG THANK YOU.

We are very pleased with our new bow window. Some structure changes were required and were very well done. Makes the house look much better. Installers were very precise and professional in the finish inside and out.

We needed our front door and windows replaced. We called Elba and Leonard came to our house and quoted us on everything on the spot going over various options and prices in a very professional manner. We were very happy to sign with him and in 4 weeks we received everything we were promised. The level of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations and the quality of the materials was top notch! Elba may be the one of the less costly choices out there but you will definitely pay in the long run.

The quality of the Sunview Patio Doors is terrible. The windows are incredibly drafty since they don't close properly. The installation is so shoddy that when the temperature changes the doors and windows crack loudly even after three years of settling.

The Sunview Patio Door locking mechanism failed within weeks of installation. After repeated attempts to contact Elba and have them repair the lock they have never made an appearance at any of the scheduled appointments. Now they just don't answer the phone when we call. After three years of trying to resolve this issue with Elba Windows & Doors we finally contacted Sunview Patio Doors. Their response - "we aren't affiliated with Elba, they just purchase and sell our products".

Save yourself thousands of dollars and a mountain of grief. Go elsewhere because whatever you think you will save - you will definitely pay later.

Elba did a great job in replacing our windows. Very neat and friendly.

I just wanted to say that the windows I am satisfied with; however, the hassle you need to go through to get them I wish I got them somewhere else because they are nothing special versus all the other ones out there. Leo was not easy to deal with and honestly, just a headache.

Elba Windows replaced 33 windows plus our sliding door to a level of satisfaction which exceeded our expectations. His craftmanship from measuring to production to installation was precise. We have wooden shutters in our entire home and Leonard ensured that each shutter would fit back into our newly installed windows when other windows companies clearly said that this job would be impossible to keep the existing shutters. He delivered everything he promised and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
