OUR SERVICEMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL GIVING GOOD ADVICE. HE SUGGESTED IT WAS TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER FIREPLACE AND EXPLAINED THE NEW FEATURES ETC. ALSO TOOK PRECAUTIONS WHEN CLEANING THE GLASS SO AS NOT TO DIRTY OUR RUG. HE ALSO GAVE US SOME SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHERE TO SHOP WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. wE NOW KNOW OUR FIREPLACE WILL BE SAFE TO USE FOR THE TIME BEING.
