I called them to fix a leaking toilet. No big deal, the job was well done (just a seal), and a week later I got a bill for $230 (the repairman couldn't tell me the cost while at home). OK, I paid and ask someone to come back to provide me a quote for another job. A week later they called and we set a date and time. Never showed up, never called. Another week, they call to ask if I would be at home since they were nearby. Wasn't available. They never showed up again.
No major complaints about the job they actually did, but you have to show some respect towards your customer: when you make an appointment, keep it or call to cancel.
