Sent Qualiglass an email requesting to purchase parts for their windows and the response has been stalling tactics and no replies after several attempts to get the parts. Finally did a search on the company at a registry office and contacted the owner because I thought she had an issue with staff. Apparently she was one of the people that was the worst at communication. This has gone on for 5.5 months with no parts. I have all the emails as I like to have a paper trail in case she wants to deny it.
Wished that I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing their windows. Buyer beware.
