Approximate cost of services:

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

replace shingles

Spoke to Monty an Indian gentelmen and hired this company to replace shingles on my home. Right from the beginning I knew I made a mistake. When they arrived at my home late afternoon they quickly dumped all materials all over my front entrance pathway blocking my the way to my front door. When I asked if they could move them somewhere else I was told " soon as they start" . They were supposed to come the next day but it took a week more for them to show. Finally when they started it was clear they were very sloppy. Pieces of shingles rain down and some hit the side of my house and next door neighbor . Leaving black tar stains on the walls. I also asked for them to cover my paving stones but was too late they had tar boot prints all over them. Monty suggested I needed a extra roof vent with a turbine to bring more air into my roof. Big mistake! A few months later it made terrible noises and I had to get on top of my 2 story house to grease the unit. The shingles were left too long hanging into the gutters which made snow freeze over my gutters much easier. Shingles also split/cut in the gutters because of the way they rest on top of the nails holding the gutters. I called several times to see if they would come out and correct the issue with the shingles but was ignored several times by Monty to the point he didn't take my phone calls. Just a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible from this "company"
