Like others I guess this is their style. The design was fine and then it was a fish to pay 50% and then 50% when install was booked. The installation took forever and tons of issues but never the installers fault, it was bad shipment etc. They forced an inspection before the job was done and then waited 6 weeks to get new parts and repairs. It seemed the list of defects grew after that visit and they claimed the inspection was done so nothing really for them in addition to do. This was a small job so maybe they didn’t care but to us it was expensive and has been months since we first approved and paid and still not resolved. They take no care in their workmanship or their customer service. Use anybody else. I should note we used the West End store not this one but its the same company so the review is valid.
