Verdun Windows And Doors

We are quite happy with the end result of our new windows and front door. The installers did an amazing job replacing our front window with a new bay window and replacing the back window with a patio door. We've received such good compliments! The sales process was smooth and the rep gave us a discount on the front door so that we could "get it all within our budget" --- nice.

There were a couple of glitches along the way that the company addressed and we thank them for it. For the benefit of those new to casement windows (we had old double-hung ones), make sure you confirm things like the direction you wish the windows to open. Also, if you're opting for grids, make sure you confirm your expectations and don't rely on the diagrams on the quote (apparently the default config is proportionate to the window size and not fixed) ---- this could look quite odd in the end when you have windows/patio with varying sizes of grids. But again, Verdun owned up the misunderstanding and addressed our concerns within a month or so --- very professional.
