The staff at Oak Bay Broadloom are surly, uninformed, and incompetent. They refused to break down an extremely vague invoice into materials, labour, and tax costs, saying that it's "too hard". That they have enough business that they're too busy to give a proper estimate is amazing!

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our store. We value our customers and work hard to ensure they have only the best experience working with us. Rest assured, the experience described in your review is not reflective of the care and attention with which we strive to treat everyone who walks through our door. Giving a detailed breakdown of an estimate or invoice is standard practice and whoever you dealt with in 2009 should have provided you with that information. I apologize that they didn't. I also apologize for the late response to your review; I only saw it for the first time this week.
