I was educated on almost everything: things about my humidifier, furnace, hot water tank, filters. Friendliness, humour and courtesy displayed at all times. I would recommend Action Furnace to family and friends.

Excellent service. Great company to deal with over the past 10 years when we bought a new furnace from them. Good solid knowledgeable people from the main reception to the technicians who do the work.

Action Furnace technician came on short notice to determine why a relatively new furnace was not working. He quickly found a faulty valve and repaired it. He also found and repaired a water problem. All these were covered by the product warranty. There is heat again and we are very pleased with his work and only paying the diagnostic fee.

I had two furnaces and an A/C unit replaced by Action. Ryan my comfort advisor worked with me to find a package that was within my budget and is very knowledgeable about their products. Action were competatively priced, did the job quickly but thoroughly, and provided quality service. Mike and Chris were very professional, friendly, and were very careful about making sure the job site was kept clean. They also worked really well together!

No integrity. I thought they were good folks to do business with. My furnace stopped working and I called Action Furnace for them to fix it. After diagnosing the problem the technician found out that the gas valve was not working properly anymore. He suggested that it needed to be replaced at $995 which I thought it was very expensive. But he suggested that if I signed up for their comfort club membership it will only cost me $811 dollars. Unfortunately I needed to get the furnace repaired and did not though of other options or getting a second opinion at that moment. It only took the technician about 1/2 hour to get the job done. After doing some research I found out that the Goodman gas valve for my furnace only retails for $50+dollars on Amazon. I understand that Action Furnace made a profit on the gas valve but there is not logical explanation for the $811 bill for the service call, parts and 1/2 labor. I feel that Action Furnace took advantage of the situation and ripped me off of my hard work earned money.

I woke up to a cold house as my furnace wasn’t working for 2 hours. Matt was here within 20 minutes. He replaced my thermostat and got the heat going right away. I really appreciate how quickly he got here. Matt was informative, helpful and very friendly. The woman who took my call was very helpful also!! Thanks!!

Great service, good tips on what to do next and for the future and very friendly. I would recommend action furnace to anyone who asked me about needing their furnace worked on.

The Tech came very punctual as scheduled even the weather is -30. He is knowledgeable of his job, he gives good recommendation/ suggestion to keep your heating eqpt runs more efficient. He is a nice person.

Action furnace sent a technician out at 11:00 pm on a -22 degree Sayurday night to repair our furnace which had failed. We were very happy to have them provide that service for us.

I had no heat after self installed a new thermostat. Called Action Furnace! Cameron was great! Turns out it wasn’t my install but I had not serviced my furnace in 5 years! Cameron explained, showed me everything within the furnace, and had me up and running quickly. And as an added bonus-I had purchased my furnace from Action Furnace 7 years ago so I had warranty! My $1200.00 bill reduced to $250!! Thank you Actin Furnace and a huge thank you to Cameron!!!
