WellHaven't had heat all week. Called Action Furnace because the house's $8,500,00 system Action installed is supposed to be under warranty until 2021. They won't honour it, and I won't get a call from a supervisor or manager until Monday ! I'll wait to see what a manager says before I give a final verdict however, and I remain hopeful they do the right thing.
Well, I got a call from a manager named Ryan an hour later. Didn't have to wait till Monday :) He sent a female technician named Brandy who was excellent! No parts needed so no warranty issue, and she spent the time showing me how to avoid the problem, and I got heat!
