Nisby Home Renovations Ltd

I saw an ad for Nisby Renovations that mentioned a discount for windows so I called them up. They did the back deck doors, front door and various windows in my home and I thought they were very good. They did great with the decorative glass etching so that everything matched. They also vacuumed the family room after they were done. The only downfall was that one window needed an approval that took quite a long time. But they were good overall and I’ve already recommended them to a friend of mine.

We had Nisby Renovations come replace some windows and doors for us as well as doing some siding and painting the stucco. Apart from the siding, everything else was atrocious. Their quality of work, especially the finish, was very bad. They messed up the order initially and so we had to wait 6 weeks for what we wanted to be done. We’re still waiting on the doorbell to be fixed and the caulking. They were also very disrespectful of our home and I even had to endure the manager shouting at me on the phone. In their advertisements they talk about top-shelf workmanship and getting the job right first time but they really don’t know the meaning of it. We’re fed up because it’s been a catalogue of disasters overall and we wish we’d never hired them.

My wife actually found out about Nisby Renovation from the ad in a local newspaper. We decided to have them put on siding for our house. They gave a reasonable quote, got the work done quickly and everything turned out fine. Overall, they were a decent company.

As I told you when you were here I was extremely pleased with the installation of my windows and door. Tony and John were great. They worked quickly and very efficiently and cleaned up any
mess they made even when I told them not to bother. They were friendly and professional, and even went the extra mile when my dog got out and ran.

I would not hesitate to recommend yourself, and John & Tony to everyone I know. I did post on Facebook how pleased I am, and you know
word of mouth is a great way to advertise.

I recently had the exterior of my home done by Nisby and I am so happy with the work that they did. My house is now the nicest on the block. The estimator was very helpful and even invited me to the showroom to try out the windows and pick my colors. Overall I give Nisby a 10/10 and would definitely refer them to my closest friends and family.
